Upcoming courses

5–9 October 2026 – ESDC Core Course on Security Sector Reform
Location: Vienna, Austria

The course provides participants with an overview of the key concepts, approaches, and actors of SSR, including international perspectives, security sector institutions, and cross-cutting issues such as gender, human rights, and civil society engagement. It combines practical exercises, case studies, and discussions on good practices to strengthen participants’ understanding of SSR implementation.


Target group: Mid- to senior-level practitioners
