This compilation is the first collection of current and draft legislation related to the status of Palestinian women. It has been prepared to serve a double purpose: First, as an information tool, it seeks to give women an overview of legislation and draft legislation already in place. The collection thus may be used as a quick reference manual. Second, it is also meant as a tool for stimulating and facilitating debate among Palestinian practitioners involved in reforming Palestinian legislation.
