Event

We are excited to announce the return of Balkan Cybersecurity Days 2026, once again bringing together cybersecurity professionals from both public and private organizations across the Western Balkan region and wider. The 2026 edition  will take place in Shkodër, Albania, from 18–20 March 2026.

The event is organized in collaboration with AKSK (National Cybersecurity Authority of Albania), FIRST, and the Municipality of Shkodër.

The agenda will be announced soon and will include a high-level opening session, a panel discussion on Digital Sovereignty – European best practices, expert plenary sessions selected through FIRST’s Call for Papers, and three technical training sessions.

The working language of the event is English.

Applications will open in mid-January.

This event is organized within the framework of DCAF’s regional Programme for Good Cybersecurity Governance in the Western Balkans,  funded by the United Kingdom Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
