Balkans Cybersecurity Days 2026

We are excited to announce the return of Balkan Cybersecurity Days 2026, once again bringing together cybersecurity professionals from both public and private organizations across the Western Balkan region and wider. The 2026 edition will take place in Shkodër, Albania, from 17–19 March 2026.


The event is organized in collaboration with AKSK (National Cybersecurity Authority of Albania) and FIRST, with the support of the United Kingdom Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Municipality of Shkodër and Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C).


The agenda will be announced soon and will include a high-level opening session, a panel discussion on Digital Sovereignty – European best practices, expert plenary sessions selected through FIRST’s Call for Papers, and three technical training sessions.


The working language of the event is English.

Participation at the event is free of charge; participants and their organizations are responsible for travel and accommodation.

The main venue for the event is the Colosseo hotel located at Rruga Kole Idromeno Shkodër, Albania. The second venue is Rozafa hotel – 2 minutes walking distance from Collosseo hotel. The Third venue: Golden Palace (for technical trainings) - 3 minutes walking distance from Collosseo hotel.

This event is organized within the framework of DCAF’s regional Programme for Good Cybersecurity Governance in the Western Balkans, funded by the United Kingdom Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
