In a time of shifting regulatory expectations, growing hesitation around environmental-social - governance investment considerations , and increasing geopolitical and humanitarian crises, advancing responsible security management by companies operating in conflict-affected and high-risk contexts requires both renewed influence and practical innovation.
Co-organized by DCAF and twentyfifty, the discussion aims to create a dedicated space for company perspectives within the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights, showcase innovative and grounded approaches to strengthening prevention of conflicts between communities and companies, and take stock of current challenges in a rapidly changing global business environment.
The event will also highlight DCAF and twentyfifty’s work with partners, foster new opportunities for collaboration, and strengthen cooperation across the business community.
The discussion will feature speakers representing diverse perspectives, including multinational companies, civil society, multilateral organizations, and global standards organizations.
This event is by invitation only. To check out the full programme, visit the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights website
