Yury Korobovsky

Yury joined DCAF in 2001 and has held various positions within the organization, from supporting the founding team in establishing the Centre to serving as Senior Advisor to the Director.

He currently oversees DCAF’s governance, manages the Centre’s relations with its main donor, the Swiss government, and supports DCAF’s leadership in implementing various projects and initiatives to ensure DCAF’s efficient and smooth functioning.

Before joining DCAF, Yury worked with the Advisory Service on International Humanitarian Law at the ICRC Delegation in Moscow and the Division of International Organizations at the ICRC HQ in Geneva.

He holds degrees from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and SciencesPo in Paris.
