Compilation of presentations made at the seminar organized jointly by the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and Slovakia, held on 4 March 2008, to mark the first anniversary of the first-ever open debate in the Security Council on the topic of security sector reform.
