DCAF offers multilateral institutions evidence-based policy research and guidance on gender equality and SSG as tools to promote sustainable peace and prevent conflict in the framework of the Sustaining Peace agenda and the SDGs. DCAF’s policy advice, guidance notes, toolkits and training materials are practice-oriented and backed by DCAF’s operational experience.

DCAF also facilitates the dialogue between civil society and security policymakers on gender equality to enrich the diversity of voices driving security policymaking.
