This Almanac forms the first English language collection of essays by Ukrainian civilian experts overviewing Ukraine’s security sector agencies. The contributions reflect the growing level of civilian expertise on security governance in Ukraine and highlight the ongoing security governance needs across the security sector. The Almanac was compiled and edited as a contribution to the NATO ‘Partnership Network’ initiative with funding from the Swiss Ministry of Defence.
