Working Group on Parliamentary Control of Armed Forces
The working group on "Parliamentary Control
of Armed Forces" (PCAF), launched by the Geneva Centre for
the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), brings together specialists
who study and / or practice parliamentary control of armed forces.
It provides them an opportunity to discuss the lessons learned from
their own experience as well as to co-ordinate international activities
in this field, and to launch projects.
