Project Coordinator, Public-Private Partnerships Division
Lucía Hernández is a Project Coordinator in DCAF's Public-Private Partnerships Division and is mainly responsible for the development of guidance on business and security sector reform / security sector governance.
Prior to joining DCAF, LLucía was a diplomatic attachée at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), working on Business and Human Rights related issues as well as assisting with ICRC's multilateral relations. Previously, she was a trainee at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation and she also worked as a Monitoring & Evaluation Programme Officer for the World Food Programme.
Lucía holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master's Degree in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies.
