DCAF offers its partners in the Arab region international comparative expertise and tailor-made practical assistance. This involves assistance for reviewing and auditing the security sector, and managing change in legislative development, policy development, institutional development, people development, and working with informal oversight institutions (civil society organisations, media, etc). DCAF’s partners include:
- Parliaments and their committees
- Judiciaries
- Governments
- Armed, police and security forces
- Civil societies and media
With offices in Beirut, Ramallah and Tunis, DCAF is ideally situated to rapidly respond to developments and the needs of stakeholders in the region.
